POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

General Policies

WE DO NOT ACCEPT
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS
$40 NSF Fee will be charged for returned checks
ATM Machine is available on-site

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 48 hours or more prior to program or rental date subject to ½ fee
(refund provided in account credit)
Cancellation within 7 days subject to full fee
(refund provided in account credit)
Cancellation 47 hours or less prior to program or
rental date subject to NO REFUND or CREDIT

A waiver form MUST be filled out by all participants and be on file. This is a one time thing so if you have played in a previous program or event make sure you have one on file or you will not be allowed to participate.

Fighting or disruptive behavior will result in immediate and potentially permanent suspension from the facility. Any teams habitually forfeiting games due to lack of players or no­shows may be removed from programs schedule at PCFC, LLC discretion with no refund.

HITTING & PITCHING
SESSIONS

REGISTRATION
must pay full fee when registering, to reserve your spot. Over the phone registrations are not guaranteed, must have registration form and payment completed.

NO REFUNDS or DISCOUNTS are allowed if you miss a session. We do not pro-rate sessions.

CANCELLATION These 4 week sessions are limited to amount of time and participants. We do not refund money if you miss or cancel. We do not offer make-up sessions if you have missed any classes.

LESSONS

REGISTRATION
Lessons must be booked in advance with our instructors.
Our instructors have busy schedules and book up very fast. PCFC will do their best to accommodate you and your child.
This is based on the instructors availability by appointment only.

PAYMENT
*All lessons must paid on or before scheduled date - No Exceptions*

CANCELLATION If you are unable to make your appointment please contact 560-5887 at least 48 hours prior. Cancellation 48 hours or more prior to program or rental date subject to ½ fee (refund provided in account credit). Cancellation within 7 days subject to full fee.Cancellation 47 hours or less prior to program or rental date subject to NO REFUND. In the instance that a lesson is not cancelled and the customer is not present, customer will still be held responsible for payment of lesson due to the instructor's attendance for lesson.

LEAGUES & TOURNAMENTS

REGISTRATION DEADLINES
will be ONE WEEK prior to the start date of each program. All registrations submitted after the ONE WEEK Deadline will be charged a late registration fee of $20/Individaul and $45/Team and will only be accepted until 3 days prior to the program start date.

SCHEDULE REQUESTS All game requests must be submitted one week prior to the first day of the league. All schedule requests made after this date will be charged a fee of $10. If a schedule request
is made within 2 business days of already scheduled games, a fee of $20 will be charged.

DEPOSITS teams must pay a $100.00 deposit one
week prior to their respective league to begin in
order to be placed on that leagues schedule.


PAYMENT remaining balance MUST be paid in full before the second game. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit and your team will not be allowed to participate that evening.

FREE AGENTS All players paying the individual fee will be randomly assigned to teams by PCFC, LLC. A player must have played in one regular season game to be able to play once playoffs/championship rounds have started.

ROSTERS A complete roster must be filled out and may be printed off from PCFC, LLC website or by picking one up at the front counter. Rosters must be done prior to the first game. You may add and delete from the list up until your third game and then the roster is frozen. Please take into account injuries and obligations by your team members.

COACH/CAPTAINS must sign registration that they understand and will relay this information to members of their team regarding payment, rosters, waivers, and conduct. A player must have played in one regular season game to be able to play once playoffs/championship rounds have started.

SCHEDULES will be posted on Players Choice of the
Fox Cities, LLC website 3 days prior to the first weeks games.
Once schedule is produced, no refunds will be granted.
All scheduling requests must be made in writing or email
one week prior to the program beginning. All requests will be taken into account but are not guaranteed. Once the schedule has been issued and is on our website PCFC, LLC cannot change or alter this under any circumstances. If for an unseen reason you are not allowed to play your game, it will be considered a forfeit and no make up game will be allowed.
